#1 Paid Experiments

Such good lobangs are usually sent to your school e-mail and participants are usually short-listed to attend the experiments. These experiments usually pays $17 - $20 and sometimes even up to $40 in cash and all you need is just 2 hours! Definitely an effortless way to earn money because all you need to do is to participate in an online game with a group of other people at the experiment. It is totally stress-free!

P.S. Remember to reach the venue 10 to 15 minutes before the start of the experiment! Even though participants are already shortlisted, there are limited computers available and availability is based on a first-come-first-serve basis!

Not so much time to spare? You can sign up for shorter experiments that last around 30 mins and receive $5 in cash! $5 may sound like a small amount and you'll probably spend it on just a single meal but remember, these surveys usually last less than 20 mins. 20 minutes for $5- definitely a good deal!

P.S. You will need to sign up for a NBS SONA account. There will be a list of experiments and time slots available. (Remember, fastest fingers win!) Feel free to take part in as many as you like but just make sure that they do not clash and remember to turn up for it!

#2 Help Out In School Events

NTU Open House, Career Fairs.... and many more. Such events generally require a large number of student helpers and they pay around $8 - $10/hr. Typical job scopes include guiding visitors and helping out with managing the vendors. This requires much less commitment than a typical part time job because the schedules are flexible. Can't make it for this event? The next one it shall be! These good lobangs are generally sent to your email too. So the next time you spot them, don't let them get lost amongst the sea of all your unread mails.

P.S. The pay will be debited to your bank. It may take around a week or so, but at least it looks good on your bank balance... (for a few days)

#3 Work For School

Wait what... the librarian is your friend? Ever heard of the work study scheme? Well if not, it's about time you check it out. Some of the jobs offered requires you to commit temporarily and the job scope generally includes assisting in administrative work. Do note that some jobs require an informal interview and participants will be shortlisted. So put your eggs in different baskets and apply to as many as you can! You will need to sign into iNtu to be able to access the work study scheme system:

P.S. Note that your pay will be debited to your bank too!
