5 Places To Sleep In NTU

#1 Hall Common Rooms

With sofas and possibly air-conditioning, there is no better place to catch up on the sleep you missed out on last night. Not the most legal place but definitely the most comfortable place, especially in the afternoon when everyone else is in school- there will be no one there to laugh at you when you accidentally drool or even snore in your sleep. #shiok
Tip: Try looking for halls with unlocked common rooms. Alternatively, you can always knock and a kind soul in the room will hopefully open the door for you. :-)
#2 NBS Student Lounge

Located on the same level as the FAL but at the far end of the corridor, the NBS Student Lounge is one of the most forgotten places. But we're here to share this forgotten treasure! The NBS Student Lounge has long cushion seats that caters to sleepy individuals of any height, without having your feet hanging at the end when you lie down. Don't worry if those seats are occupied because at the far and secluded corner of the room, there are bean bags for you to get cosy on. You can have all three bean bags to yourself if you're lucky enough to be the only one there!
#3 Library Outpost @ The Hive

At the Library Outpost, there is no need to worry about librarians disrupting us from our beauty sleep and reprimanding us for sleeping in a place meant for other things. Located just next to Koufu at the 1st level of The Hive, it is the most convenient place to catch a quick nap after lunch when you're experiencing food coma. If you're fortunate to have your seminars at The Hive, you can wake up just three minutes before lesson starts and head down for the next three most torturous hours of your life.
#4 Benches at South Spine

If you prefer alfresco napping, the benches located all over South Spine may be an alternative napping spot. With an abundance of such benches, there is no competition for them. One downside would definitely be that the benches are not cushioned and extremely hard. We would suggest that you take short naps there instead of falling into a deep slumber because the chances of you waking up with an aching back is pretty high...
#5 The Toilet...

You're probably thinking "eww.... what the heck?!" But let us explain. Desperate times call for desperate measures. When you're sitting right in front of a Professor with no chill, it is impossible to catch even a wink of sleep. To avoid being bombarded with questions like "Why are you sleeping?" and embarrassing yourself in front of the entire class, the other better alternative would be...... the toilet. Just take a two minute nap and wash your face before heading back to class, we promise it helps.
Writing about "Places To Charge Your Phone" is so last year. The concern now is no longer about charging your phones but about charging yourself as a person. Remember to catch up on your beauty sleep and stay alert in class. Before you know it, your class participation grades may be climbing higher than expected! :-)
